Class-Harlan Real Estate, located in Doylestown, Bucks County, PA, is a privately owned real estate firm located in historic Doylestown Borough at 15 West State Street across from The Doylestown Inn. Herb Class and Neal Harlan launched the brokerage in 1963 with one of many strategies to provide top notch customer service to the community, “Red Ribbon Service” they called it. Today, 62 years later, the same tradition continues!
Todd McCarty and Heather Walton have been owners/partners of Class-Harlan Real Estate since 2014. They have announced plans to expand the leadership team of the company and have invited local real estate sales expert, Clinton Polchan, to join them as a 3rd partner.
