Mike Andolina is the Founder and CEO of Ready Response, a health and safety training provider serving communities across PA & NJ. Mike began teaching in 2005 as an undergrad in Health & Physical Education and later began incorporating CPR + AED training in the Health Education curriculum for high school students in the district he served. He was a public school educator and department chair, then eventually became a district curriculum coordinator throughout his career in education. Mike served in these roles from 2008-2021, when he retired from public education to pursue a full-time role at Ready Response.
In 2018, he founded Ready Response with the sole purpose of providing a source of quality CPR training to anyone, including community members, workplace staff, special groups and organizations, and healthcare professionals. Since launching Ready Response at his kitchen table in 2018 as a solopreneur, the company has grown to include seven employees, four physical locations, dozens of strategic partners, and tens of thousands of individuals trained in life-saving skills over the life of the company.
Residing in Doylestown, Mike enjoys family time with his wife and three children. You can also find him on the golf course at Spring Mill Country Club.
