Patrick Zagarino Bio
Patrick Zagarino, originally from Long Island, NY, completed his undergraduate education at SUNY Binghamton with a degree in Finance, graduating with honors. He began his professional career with the Mergers and Acquisitions practice at Parthenon-EY in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he advised numerous Fortune 500 companies on the strategic rationale behind their buy and sell decisions. During his tenure, he also contributed to the National Veteran Recruiting team. In 2016, Patrick commissioned into the United States Marine Corps Reserves as a Manpower Officer with 2nd Battalion, 25th Marine Regiment, based in Brooklyn, NY. After fulfilling his reserve duties, he transitioned to Apex Service Partners, a private equity-backed home services company. Most recently, he served as the General Manager of a $25 million, 40-year-old HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical company based in Long Island.
In his free time, Patrick enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his family. He is a proud father of a 2-year-old son and is eagerly anticipating the arrival of his second child.
Hunter Harrison Bio
Hunter Harrison was raised in the suburbs outside Philadelphia, PA. He went to the U.S. Naval Academy for his undergraduate education, studying Mechanical Engineering and graduating with honor. He commissioned into the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry Officer, deploying twice to the Middle East and Western Pacific. He left active duty in 2018, joined the Marine Corps Reserves, and attended business school at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. He received his Master’s in Business Administration in 2020. Upon graduation, he worked for the United Nation Peacekeeping Mission in Mali for one year before returning to his role as a consultant at McKinsey & Co. Hunter then joined Apex Service Partners, a private equity backed home services company as the Philadelphia Market President, where he worked for two years prior to partnering with Kris Peck and starting Roslyn Ridge Holdings.
In his spare time, Hunter remains actively involved in the Marine Corps Reserve, serving as the Operations Officer for 2nd Battalion, 25th Marine Regiment based out of Brooklyn, NY, and occasionally plays ice hockey.
Kris Peck was raised in Williamsburg, VA. He went to the University of Virginia for his undergraduate education, studying Systems Engineering and graduated with honors. He commissioned into the United States Army as an Engineer Officer, deploying once to the Middle East. He left active duty in 2018 and attended business school at The Sloan School of Management at MIT. He received his Master’s in Business Administration in 2020. Upon graduation, he worked at Danaher Corporation in its General Management Development Program. Kris then joined Apex Service Partners, a private equity backed home services company as the New York Market President. He most recently worked at Zephyr Home Services as the Regional VP of Operations for the Atlantic Region prior to founding Roslyn Ridge Holdings with Hunter Harrison.
In his free time, Kris enjoys spending time with his friends and family, hiking, running, and trying out new pizza places throughout the greater Philadelphia area.
