Erica R. Wexler, MSOD is a pragmatically optimistic change facilitator with a knack for answering the big questions: How do we bring the right stakeholders together at the right time for the right purpose? How do we leverage our strengths? How do we navigate obstacles and work collaboratively? And the biggest question of all… how can we communicate better and find alignment?
Erica earned her Master’s in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and certifications / executive coaching licenses in Applied Neuroscience, Organizational Leadership, Change Management, and Complex Project Management. Beyond academic achievement, Erica draws upon real-world experience helping leaders understand deeply rooted issues from multiple perspectives, resulting in real transformations with real, measurable impact.
For more than 25 years she has worked with organizations on the biggest transformation they face: removing the obstacles that are getting in the way of engagement, efficiency, productivity, and workplace satisfaction.
